Automation and Electronic Data Exchange

We develop solutions that connect information systems and automate data processing across logistics and warehouse operations. Electronic data exchange reduces manual data entry, limits errors, and speeds up information processing.

Our expertise includes:

• Business process analysis and automation – defining requirements, modeling workflows, and implementing automated solutions.
• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) – establishing and maintaining data exchange between our systems and those of our customers and partners, using agreed formats and business rules.
• EDIFACT and XML – processing, transforming and validating structured electronic messages for business data exchange.
• Altova MapForce – creating and maintaining field mappings and data transformations between different formats and structures.
• Integration implementation and support – testing data exchanges, monitoring processing and diagnosing errors.
• Automated SESPA reporting – preparing, checking and automatically submitting data to Bulgaria's SESPA system, monitoring submission results and handling errors.
• Validation – preparing and executing test protocols, documenting results and maintaining traceability between requirements, tests and identified deviations.
